1Introduction & Consent

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between xx9 (https://xx9.club) and all its members. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

Xx9 is an online betting and entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. It operates under a license issued by an international gaming authority and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2Account Registration

To open an account with xx9, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• All information provided — including name, date of birth, phone number, and email — must be accurate and genuine.
• Each person may only open one account. If two members of the same household wish to register separately, they must notify support in advance.
• Maintaining multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

After registration, xx9 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Submitting a copy of your National ID or passport completes the process. Withdrawals will not be processed without completed KYC verification.

3Deposit Rules

Xx9 supports multiple deposit methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The key rules for making a deposit are outlined below:

• Xx9 does not charge any service fee on deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and may be returned.

4Withdrawals & Payments

To withdraw your winnings or available account balance from xx9, you'll need to submit a withdrawal request. The full details of our withdrawal policy are outlined below.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 3 – 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 – 3 business days.
• Xx9 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• If there is an active investigation on your account, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Xx9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must first complete the specified rollover requirement. The rollover amount is stated separately for each offer.
• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time, unless explicitly permitted.
• If a bet placed with bonus funds loses, only the bonus balance is deducted. If it wins, the net profit is credited to your main balance.
• Xx9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• If bonus terms are violated or misuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

How rollover works — an example: You receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the rollover requirement is 5x. That means you need to place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before you can withdraw. Only bets placed from your bonus balance count toward this requirement — your main deposit is not included.

6Betting Rules

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on xx9. These rules apply to all forms of Sports Betting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless xx9 has offered clearly incorrect odds by mistake.
• If odds change, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded — unless xx9 has issued separate guidance regarding the match being replayed on a new date.
• In the event of a technical issue during live betting, xx9 reserves the right to void the bet. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.
• Xx9 reserves the right to void any bets placed using clearly incorrect odds.

7Casino & Games

The casino section of xx9 features Live Casino, slots, table games, and virtual sports. The terms governing use of this section are outlined below.

• All games use a third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring completely unbiased outcomes.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets placed will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome is not affected. Once you reconnect, you will be able to see the previous result.
• Xx9 reserves the right to change game rules or payout ratios without prior notice.

8Responsible Gaming

• A cooling-off option is available if you need to temporarily pause your account.

9Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time. xx9 may also suspend or terminate an account under certain specific circumstances.

Xx9 may close an account for the following reasons:

• Registering with false information or providing inconsistent details during identity verification.
• Multiple accounts found registered to the same individual.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or match manipulation.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

If an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded within 7 business days — unless a fraud investigation is ongoing.

10Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or disagreement, please reach out to our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• Including your account ID, the date of the incident, and a screenshot when filing a complaint helps us resolve it faster.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the licensing authority.

For any dispute arising from these terms, the decision of the adjudicating authority under the relevant international gaming license shall be final and binding.

11Miscellaneous

• All content on the xx9 website and app is the intellectual property of xx9. Copying or republishing any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to hack any part of the platform, or use of unauthorized software, will result in immediate account termination.
• Xx9 is not liable for service interruptions caused by network issues, government regulations, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
• The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative text. In the event of any confusion arising from translation, the original document shall prevail.
